Habitat for Humanity Pennyrile Region has been serving for over 30 years. We started with serving Hopkins County and have since grown to serve Christian and Webster Counties as well.

local property taxes paid by habitat homeowners
Habitat families not only pay an affordable mortgage but also property taxes. Each year Habitat homeowners contribute over $70,000 to local property taxes.
Current Projects
Dawson Springs is just one town in Kentucky that was struck by the devastating tornado outbreak of December 2021. Habitat for Humanity Pennyrile Region is actively involved in the rebuilding efforts in Dawson Springs. Along with help from several Habitat partners we have been able to get 21 families back into new homes and are currently partnered with and building new homes for an additional 11 Dawson Springs families.

American Flag delivery subscription
We will place and pick up an American flag, on a pole in your yard, for 6 flag flying holidays each year…Memorial Day, Flag Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Patriots Day, and Veterans Day.
$40 for Remainder of 2024 Subscription
One Subscription is donated each year to a veteran, courtesy of Independence Bank.
